CSFWP is Nik Thompson. I do systems design and implementation: the sales and marketing tooling, the CRMs, the project-management plumbing that sits on the bridge between a team’s culture and the software meant to serve it.

My background is in entertainment, so I know how to build things people will actually use — on tight budgets, still putting out something delightful enough to spread on its own.

The name’s an inside joke. It explains itself the moment you meet the kind of teams I build for.
